Health-related events exclusively from AHHA members

AHHA members are invited to submit their health-related events to be added to the online Health Calendar.

• This benefit is for all AHHA active members
• Free promotional exposure for your event
• Name exposure for you, even for those not registering for your event

Qualifying criteria for a health event listing.

• Event must be health-related.
• An active AHHA member must be involved, such as sponsor, presenter, etc.
• Event must be in a specific geographic location or online.
• Event must be brief duration.
• Event is not part of a formal educational curriculum program.

How to submit your health event listing for consideration.

• Enter the following into an email
  —This is a Health Calendar submittal
  —Date(s) of event
  —Location of event (city, state, country) or online
  —Title of event
  —Brief overview of event (50 words or less) about type/purpose of event, who attends, sponsoring organization, etc.
  —Contact phone, email, and/or website for further information (to be included in the listing)
  —AHHA member’s involvement with event
  —AHHA membership name and member number
  —Submitter’s name, phone number and email

Tips:

• Your event may be online or live in a geographic location.
• If you event is presented at no cost, be sure to mention in the 50-words of descriptive text that it is free.
• If you are offering multiple-related events (such as a lecture series) that requires commitment to all meetings, submit your calendar listing for date of first meeting. Then include in the 50-words of descriptive text something like Series continues weekly through (month) (day).
• If you are offering multiple-related events (such as a lecture series) that allows participants to select which ones they attend, submit a calendar listing for each date individually. Then include in the 50-words of descriptive text something like This is part of a series that continues weekly through (month) (day). You are welcome to select those that you wish to attend.
