    Great tips. In our community we hold monthly women’s circles to bond with like minded women striving to deal with our faced paced lives. Stress, fear and anxieties are common themes and it is nice to know you are not alone dealing with these issues. We create a scared space for eachother to release these nagging emotions that no longer serve us. I would highly recommend finding a local women’s circle to try as a means to release these energies.
