One of the most controversial documents is entitled Codex Guidelines for Vitamin and Mineral Food Supplements This ahha.org/codex.htm site was created to track this document during it's development.
Will the Guidelines become a valuable data source for nutritional supplement information or a set of international restrictions with enough clout to empty the shelves of health food stores? Now that the Guidelines document has been finalized by the Codex Alimentarius Commission (July 4, 2005) we will watch for further developments.
